The advertisement is conspicuous. It is first in Turkey and, Garanti Bank’s rivals do not have the same services in the banking sector in Turkey. Customer can take credit from Garanti Bank via SMS within 5 minutes. It is really easy to take credit from the bank.
When Garanti Bank launched it’s new service, it should have been careful about its customers’ behavior. However people can not trust the product’s technical structure. It can be some problem, (Turkish people are more used to take credit form the bank in Person). They prefer taking the credit from a branch of the bank instead of taking it via sms.
For this reason, that service can not be used much. Maybe it can be used within next 3 years.
